Final Evaluation of The New Product There are two things need to be discussed in the final evaluation; the quality of the product that have been designed and made, and the process went through while designing and making it.

• How successful of the final products? Comment on things like:
• How it compares with your original intentions
• How well solves the original problem
• The function, nutrition and price of the ingredients you used
• The results of sensory evaluation
• Suggestions for packaging
• What a potential customer said
• What experts said
• Whether it could be manufactured cheaply enough in quantity to allow profit
• The ways in which it could be improved
• The controls used to ensured the quality of the product
• The used of information technology to assist manufacture

Justify the evaluation by including references to what happened when tested it. If more time available, what aspects of the product would be improved? Final Evaluation of The New Product
